I just want to shoot you an email again and tell you how much I enjoyed the course. Obviously, as clinicians, we are required to attend so many CEU’s so most of the time it is just a right of passage to get the hours completed but I can honestly tell you I thoroughly enjoyed your course. I always have taped my patients but never with an understanding that I have now. I have worked hard in my short 2 year career to become the PTA that I am today. I had a great CI who told me never to settle with knowledge just because I am not the PT. I took that to heart. I got my name out there in my area. I have doctors that now write Rx’s to our clinic with my name on it and we have to argue with the patients that they will see me but have to see the PT first. I have other doctors that send me text messages just to keep in touch. I say all this not to brag. I say it to show that I am a diligent hard working therapist and strive to be the best PTA I can be and your course is going to do wonders for myself being able to help my patients. Monday morning we had a patient that we have been seeing for 5 weeks with a lingering P( after initial meniscus repair) medial patella unable to do lunges/single leg squats. PT primary sees him but he was on my schedule yesterday. I taped him. PT happened to walk in. Pt was not optimistic because he already has an athletic brace that was rx to him. He had no pain and was able to do the exercises with no pain with no brace. I got 3 other patients same story from yesterday. Just want to shoot you this short email to give you encouragement and let you know that I really did get something from your presentation. Have a great day and keep up the good work!
